Britney Spears Nominated for MTV VMA Award
Britney Spear’s music video “Piece of Me’ has been nominated for the top honor of video of the year at the MTV Video Music Awards. Considering her not-so-great performance at last year’s VMA’s show, hopefully she can redeem herself this year.
The other music videos up for video of the year are Jonas Brother’s “Burnin Up, ” the Pussycat Dolls’ “When I Grow Up,” Chris Brown’s “Forever,” and Ting Tings’ “Shut Up and Let Me Go.”
If Britney Spears wins the award, this would be her first award she won at the VMAs. She has been nominated 16 times in the past but has never won. I guess she is due for one this year? It may change her career around for the better.
