Misty May-Treanor Out of Dancing With the Stars
Dancing With the Stars, Misty May-Treanor will be out of the competition for good, according to fellow contestant, Brooke Burke. Treanor is said to have hurt her Achilles tendon and will actually require surgery on it. According to Burke, Misty “heard a pop,” which is never a good sign.
Misty May-Treanor is best known for being an Olympic beach volleyball player. In fact, she just won the gold medal in Beijing right before starting Dancing With the Stars. Hopefully this injury from the show does not hurt her chances at playing beach volleyball still. How sad would that be that she ruined her beach volleyball career because she did a silly celebrity dancing show.
We’ll have to wait and see if they vote off any other contestant this week with Misty leaving the show.
