The Hills Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag, who have been on the outs for awhile now, were seen hugging Tuesday night at STK in Los Angeles. Conrad was at the restaurant celebrating her runway show, when Montag showed up at the after party. The two were seen talking and then even embraced in a hug.

Conrad told US Magazine that Montag had come to congratulate her and that she “appreciated it.”  Over the past couple of weeks, both girls have been heard saying how they hope to reunite and they miss each other.

So, I wonder what Spencer has to say about this? I wish that Heidi would just wise up and leave Spencer. He’s one part of the show that really annoys me. Who knows, maybe it’s the way they portray him on the show, because I’m sure the show is heavily edited to make more drama.

Hopefully for Heidi and Lauren they can patch things up, but then again they patch things up and there goes their 15 minutes of fame.
